USER AGREEMENT
THE AGREEMENT
If you use our software or any component of the software for commercial or government purposes you agree to abide by this agreement. This agreement is not applicable for private or educational use.
COPYRIGHT
This software is the copyright of Etienne Andlau and is protected by international copyright laws and treaties.
LICENSE FEE
There is a license fee for using this software or any of its components for government or commercial purposes. A license fee of 10 USD per user is payable within 30 days of this software (original or modified) or any of its components (original or modified) first being used for commercial or government purposes.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment for the total license fee for all users must be made by crossed check marked “not negotiable”, made out to "Etienne Andlau" and mailed to:

VIOLATION OR ABUSE OF COPYRIGHT OR THIS AGREEMENT
If you believe this agreement or our copyright is being violated or abused in any way then you can contact Francois Andlau at webmaster@verismall.com
MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRODUCT
This product may be modified to be compatible with various operating systems and software applications but the use there-off is still subject to the user license fee, should the modified software or any modified component thereof be used for commercial or government purposes.
SUPPORT OF THE PRODUCT
In return for the licence fee payment we'll provide limited support for our product.
DISCLAIMER
We do not guarantee that the product is fit for any particular use nor do we take responsibility for any loss of any kind, directly or indirectly resulting from the use of the software. If you are unsure how to use the software or afraid of making mistakes then please contact your local accountant for advice.
DISTRIBUTION OF THE SOFTWARE
The software may be distributed free of charge to any party, resold or rented out subject to the license fee agreement. You can also order further copies of this software directly from us subject to the license agreement.
